Une approche pragmatique et humaine

Coach professionnelle certifiée et coach d’équipe, j’accompagne depuis plusieurs années des collectifs de toutes tailles dans leurs transitions organisationnelles et relationnelles.

Chaque entreprise, chaque équipe est unique. C’est pourquoi j’adapte mes accompagnements au contexte et aux besoins de ceux que j’accompagne.

Mon rôle est de créer les conditions pour que l’équipe prenne conscience de son mode de fonctionnement, en explore les forces et les limites et trouve ses propres leviers d’évolution.

J’interviens toujours avec bienveillance, exigence et respect du rythme du collectif.

Mon approche s’appuie sur :

  • le pragmatisme, pour rester ancrée dans le concret et le quotidien,
  • l’écoute, pour permettre à chacun de s’exprimer et d’être entendu,
  • la coopération, comme moteur du changement collectif,
  • et un regard systémique, pour comprendre les interactions et les leviers d’évolution.

Concrètement, comment se passe un coaching d’équipe ?

Un coaching d’équipe se construit sur mesure, à partir d’un diagnostic partagé et d’objectifs clairs.

J’accompagne le collectif en situation et sur la durée, à un rythme défini selon ses besoins, de façon à ajuster l’intervention en fonction de son évolution.

Selon les besoins, j’interviens de différentes façons :

  • Supervision de réunions et feedback : observer les dynamiques au sein du collectif, mettre en lumière ce qui facilite ou freine la collaboration.
  • Facilitation d’ateliers de travail : clarifier les objectifs, les rôles, les modes de fonctionnement, les priorités…

  • Formation et accompagnement à la mise en œuvre : ancrer les apprentissages dans le quotidien pour renforcer l’autonomie collective.
  • Accompagnement individuel du ou de la manager dans son rôle : prendre du recul sur sa posture et ses priorités, travailler la délégation ou la hauteur de vue stratégique, repositionner son relationnel avec l’équipe ou sa hiérarchie…

L’objectif : rendre l’équipe actrice de sa propre évolution, en favorisant la prise de conscience, l’expérimentation et l’autonomie.

Registration

The minimum information we need to register you is your name, email address and a password. We will ask you more questions for different services, including sales promotions. This also allows us to personalise services for you.
